Exchanges Policy

 

  • Exchange are accepted within 10 days of purchase.
  • Any replacements are only possible if the tags and packing of the product is not removed. We will not be able to accept any exchanges if tags and packing are removed.
  • For exchanges, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the product, you have the option to exchange it with any other product from our store.
  • We take guarantee of the quality of fabric and the stitching of  the product. 
  • Change of mind is not a valid reason.
  • The original receipt/invoice is required for exchange within 10 days of purchase for unused goods in original packaging. Please note that items purchased on sale will not be Returned or Exchange. Items cannot be refunded for cash and can only be exchanged for goods of equal value at the time exchange.
  • We make a detailed video of every product we dispatch to costumer.

Accessories are not applicable for exchange.

Shipping 
To Exchange your product, you should mail your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
