Returns & Exchanges Policy


  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase
  • Return and refund is only possible in case of any defects in the product or if you have received the wrong product and we are unable to replace it with the correct one. 
  • Rs. 300 are charged for hand to hand replacement shipping. 
  • Any returns and replacements are only possible if the tags and packing of the product in question is not removed. We will not be able to accept any returns if tags and packing are removed.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a product, you have the option to exchange it with any other product from our store. Returns are not excepted in this case.
  • We take guarantee of the quality of fabric and the stitching of  the product. 
  • Customer must submit picture/video proof of the fault when making the request for return.
  • Change of mind is not a valid reason.

Accessories are not applicable for exchange and return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you via Discount Voucher or original method of payment, within 7 number of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Easy Paisa account again. 
Then contact your Easy Paisa company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your Easy Paisa bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

To return your product, you should mail your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over Rs.500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
